Blueberry Milkadamia Smoothie

Ingredients (set at 2.18:1 ratio)

  • Heavy Whipping Cream (Organic Valley) - 9g

  • Banana, ripe - 6g

  • Spinach, raw - 15g

  • Blueberries, frozen unsweetened - 15g

  • Oil, Avocado - 5g

  • Macadamia Milk, unsweetened (Milkadamia) - 45g

  • Stevia drops

When I make this, I usually multiply everything by 10.

@10 servings + 7 drops stevia

approx 940g of smoothie


I usually use at as a 50 calorie snack for him

94g = 100 cal (based on my KDC input)

47g = 50 cal


I created this the way I did because I was trying to use up the Milkadamia that I bought on a whim from Costco! :) There are so many different ways to do this, but literally this is the first and only smoothie I have done so far. Please comment if you have found others that work well (and their corresponding ratio)!
